For a limited time only, we are accepting trade-ins for any brand and model of FTA receiver for $20.00 credit towards a Brand New Nanosat Nano Premium FTA Receiver.  The following conditions apply:

1. The receiver you are trading in MUST be a Free-to-Air Satellite receiver. No VCRs, DVD Players, non-FTA satellite receivers, etc.

2. The receiver you are trading in MUST be in full working condition. No DOA, defective, or damaged receivers.

3. The receiver you are trading in MUST be accompanied by a WORKING remote control. Receivers without remote controls DO NOT qualify.

4. You may only trade in ONE receiver per Nano Premium upgrade. For example, if you have 3 FTA receivers you wish to trade in, you will need to purchase 3 Nano Premiums to receive $20 off each.

4. Shipping address for your Nano Premium

Due to the volume of trade-ins we are receiving, please allow 1 week processing time for your Nano Premium to ship out once we receive your trade-in. Once shipped, you should receive your Nano Premium within 1-5 days (USA) or 6-10 days (Canada).

Q: Can I trade in multiple receivers for a bigger discount?
A: No. One Trade in Per Upgrade.

Q: Who pays the shipping cost for my trade in?
A: Customer pays to ship to us. We cover the shipping cost for the Brand New Nano Premium.

Q: I live outside of North America can I trade in my old receiver?
A: No. This Trade Up program is only available in USA & Canada.

Q: Can you buy my old receiver instead of Trade Up?
A: No. This is a limited time promotion only.

Q: My old receiver is practically brand new can I get a bigger discount?
A: No. The purpose of this promotion is to recycle your old receiver, if you're recycling a new receiver it's your choice.

Q: Can I get quantity discount for buying more Nano Premiums and trading more old receivers?
A: No. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with quantity discounts or other promotions.
